TV Room Booking Request Form

APPLICATION FORM FOR SMALL PARTIES IN ELVYN RICHARDS TV ROOM

1.Applications for small parties, up to a maximum of 25 persons, will be considered by the Warden.

2.Parties will only be approved for special occasions, most likely birthdays. The validity of the occasion will be verified before approval is given to the designated party leader.

3.Any accidents or damages should be reported to the wardening team immediately. The designated party leader is expected to identify the duty and backup subwardens and their contact numbers before the event starts.

4.It is expected that the group will collect all rubbish at the end of their event in the bin bags that will be provided and remove it to the skips.

5.The designated party leader should check the area, including the toilets, before vacating to make themselves aware of any additional cleaning that may be needed. This must be carried out by midday on the day following the party.

6.Music played should be kept to a reasonable level so as not to disturb students in nearby blocks.

7.Parties must finish in good time so that the TV room can be locked at 11:30pm.

8.Failure to adhere to all of the above conditions, could result in charges and fines being made against the designated party leader.
